BUILDING INFORMATION MODELLING
We develop BIM models to detect design interference and minimize time and cost during construction stage. 3D Models are generated from drawings and engineering documents.
3D Models are made by each discipline involved in the project.
Interdisciplinary review is made by loading the 3D models in a Common Data Environment Cloud. This Cloud shows construction details and all the information concerning the project in a single location.

COORDINATION
We run Clash Detection Tests, develope animated construction schedules (4D) and contractual BIM documents such as BEP (BIM Execution Plan).
Model quality is ensured by meeting criteria established in the BEP, such as Geo-referenced coordinate point, model units review, Level of Detail (LOD), Level of Information (LOI), etc.
BIM MANAGEMENT
Our team is specialized in BIM methodology as certified BIM Managers.
We assign a BIM Manager to the project. Some of the assignments performed by this manager are: Weekly progress reports, 3D model audit, BIM model actualization according to site works, Coordination with stakeholders.
Progress reports are coordinated daily through cloud support (Common Data Enviroment).

AS BUILT
We generate As Built 3D models according to changes and updates made during construction stage. Our goal is to deliver a validated technical information to Client of how his project was built. It includes an As-Built 3D Model.
